Recommended dosage: stir 40 g into 200 – 250 ml of water. Consume once a day in addition to the composition of your diet.

Use: 40 g = 2 measuring scoops. Stir the recommended dose in water until completely dissolved. If using a shaker, do not use a shaker filter as it may hold pieces. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 2 months.
